Tu Mera Ho Gaya Hai - Encore Lyrics – Javed Ali | Tadap

Tu Mera Ho Gaya Hai - Encore Song Description

This song is "Tu Mera Ho Gaya Hai (Encore)" (तू मेरा हो गया है - एनकोर), which is from the film Tadap, featuring Ahan Shetty and Tara Sutaria in lead roles, along with veteran artists like Saurabh Shukla and Kumud Mishra. It is a romantic song, voiced by Javed Ali in his melodious voice, while the music is composed by Pritam, and the lyrics are written by Irshad Kamil. This song has been released under the T-Series label and wins hearts because of its melody and words.

The lyrics of the song beautifully portray the state of mind of a lover when he attains his love and cannot believe it, such as "Tu mera ho gaya hai, aaye na yakeen ye" (You have become mine, I can't believe this) and "Tu mera ho gaya hai, khwab toh nahi ye?" (You have become mine, this isn't a dream, is it?). These lines convey that what once felt like a dream has become reality, and now he asks "Ya ki nahi?" (Or is it not?) — meaning is this truly reality or just a dream? The song also has lines like "Tu mera ho gaya toh jannat zameen pe" (When you became mine, heaven appeared on earth), saying that when his love was found, this very earth started feeling like paradise.

In the further lyrics, the lover expresses his madness and surrender, such as "Agar ye khwab hai toh main tera hi khwab rahunga" (If this is a dream, then I will remain your dream) and "Agar paagalpan hai ye, toh paagal aaj rahunga" (If this is madness, then I will be mad today). These lines show how restless he is in love; he doesn't want peace but wants to remain restless like this. The line "Teri hansati nigahon ka main ban ke raaz rahunga" (I will become the secret of your laughing eyes) speaks of staying close to his love. In the end, lines like "Jeena hai mujhko tere liye hi, ye faisla hai maine kiya" (I have decided that I want to live only for you) and "Teri hi khatir marna bhi chahoon, marna hai lekin bas shauqiya" (I would even die for you, but dying is just a passion) make it clear that both his life and death are for his love. Overall, this song is a perfect blend of true love's happiness, faith, and madness, made even more magical by Javed Ali's voice, and it is perfect for a romantic film like Tadap. Listening to it makes one feel both the sweetness and the restlessness of love.
